William Dodson, Managing Director of Silk Road Advisors, will be delivering a keynote address at the Opening of the Xuancheng Industrial Park in Xuancheng, Anhui Province, China. The principals of B2B Link China International and government officials of Xuancheng invited Mr. Dodson to give the speech as principal of a consultancy that represents the interests of Western investors in China. The Xuancheng Industrial Park is one of the first economic development zones of its kind in Anhui province to cater to the requirements and standards of primarily Danish among other Western investors.

William Dodson, Managing Director of Silk Road Advisors, was recently interviewed in the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM Shanghai)  July/August 2007 issue of Insight Magazine. The article, ¡°Sell by the Seashore,¡± focuses on the investment environment in Dalian, a second-tier city in Shandong province. Dalian has become a major focus in the development of the Bohai region in the northeast of China. It has become a center for IT- and Business Process Outsourcing, as well as a major transport and logistics hub.

AMCHAM Shanghai is a non-partisan, non-profit business organization established in 1915. AmCham Shanghai was resurrected in 1987 after a break of 38 years, and is the largest AmCham in the Asia Pacific Region. AmCham Shanghai represents 1,500 companies and 3,600 individual members and is growing by an average of 80 new members per month.

Specifically, Mr. Dodson addressed the entry of China's "Little Emperors" into the workplace. Little Emperors are the single children born into Chinese families under the One-child stricture the Chinese government implemented in 1980.
